Carlisle Law, LLC was founded by Wendy Carlisle.  Wendy has nationwide experience counseling corporate clients on best business practices, negotiating and drafting contracts, and litigating cases in a wide variety of matters.

Wendy Carlisle began her legal career litigating products liability matters nationwide for a large security alarm component manufacturer.   From there, she also began representing installers and monitoring companies of residential and commercial burglar and fire alarm systems.

Now at Carlisle Law, LLC, Wendy draws on her legal experience and vast industry knowledge to draft sales, service, and monitoring contracts, and represent security-industry clients–large and small–in business negotiations and litigation.

Wendy writes frequently on leading-edge topics relevant to the alarm industry for Security Nation magazine, a publication of the Electronic Security Association, and at her blog, http://alarmlaws.com.

Before founding Carlisle Law, LLC, Wendy was in private practice at a mid-size law firm recognized for its outstanding client service, and was a partner at a large Minneapolis firm.

She is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota, U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
